Even though this branch is brand new, the presence of J.P Morgan has been in the UAE for around 50 years.

While they already had offices for corporate and investment banking, this new branch specialises in private wealth management. Dedicated to managing wealth of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) and of their families.

Khaled Hobballah, Senior Country Officer, MENA, J.P. Morgan, said: “Our history in the UAE has given us a deep understanding of the market and strong confidence in its future. This branch underscores our continued commitment and strengthens how we serve clients here.”

A Wider Financial Services Ecosystem

Morgan has been long-standing in the region, with the introduction of its private banking team, this point towards the continued investment of major international entities in Dubai.

For the real estate sector, this introduces another major investor to the services at disposal in the market, while it reinforces the city's role as a destination for international financial institutions.

When dealing with investing in properties that would offer long term value in capital appreciation or a property that aligns with the city’s future infrastructural plans, investors should make sure to work with experts in the industry.
